Irish beauty Sharon Corr has announced that she will be releasing ‘Dream of You (Bonus Track Version) on July 25th, in conjunction with a number of UK live appearances during the late summer months.
Five years since the The Corrs revealed that they were taking a break from music to concentrate on their growing families, Sharon is hugely excited to be releasing the Bonus Track Version of her debut solo album ‘Dream Of You’ on 25th July. A collection of beautifully crafted, melodic pop gems, it’s a remarkable debut that demands to be listened in full – each story and melody flowing seamlessly into the next.
This is particularly evident on the traditional tune “Mna Na hEireann”, on which Sharon’s violin duets thrillingly with the extraordinary guitar playing of Jeff Beck, a collaboration which came about after she went to see him in concert in Dublin last year.
Sharon is delighted to announce the exclusive addition of brand new recording and live favourite ‘Over It’ as the bonus track on the digital release of ‘Dream of You’.
‘Over It’ is a track that constantly appears in Sharon’s live sets and has beyond doubt struck a chord with her audiences. A standout track in a world of overproduced sounds, the down to earth lyrics and Sharon’s trademark violin have truly resonated amongst her fans.
Sharon will take her signature brand of harmonious pop on the road during August and September.
