Both of those performances were top notch! Looking more confident than ever! Well done! x

  • minnie swirl

Impressive that you can sound that great at 9 am (you go girl!)

Your voice is beautiful on STB–it has a wonderful ethereal quality that is full of emotion.

    Sharon~

You have hit your stride, girl! You sounded awesome (as did Anto) on these songs. If you two alone can make them sound great, I can't wait to hear the album versions of all your tunes! Your confidence in playing/singing is coming across loud and clear. Cannot wait for your album release. It's almost unbearable now! Ahhhhhh!

    Nice work, Sharon! x0

Confident for sure, music no question, How about those clothes.

I wish I knew how to explain this. I can't but you know you would have made a great Hippie. I don't mean the flowery stuff but how about, (Google Runway to Reality: Balmain – Spring 2008) and some cool shades.

Ok try this your just so unpretentious, modest, down home, easy-going, folksy, which is exactly why I like you, but once you start singing, I would like to see a change.
I understand this is radio but even radio people like a Whoo ooh ooh ooh moment, OMG ITS SHARON CORR and doesn't she look great! They want to be intimidated at first then to find out your all the above.

Also don't forget Anto, poor guy.

How good does she sound. Just wonderful

Wow, that performance of Small Town Boy was wonderful! Sharon, you can definitely hear that you've gained confidence in performing on your own. Vocally, that performance was amazing. And I love the violin at the end.

And that was quite a spirited version of Jenny's Chickens! I always enjoy hearing that one.

Very nice interview, BTW. Loved the story of how the song Dream Of You came about. Now I really can't wait to hear it on the album.

    Take care,
    Marie :-)

Anthony Drennan is the best! It's great to see Sharon surrounded by all these artists so talented and kind! You all are a winning team!

  • Ana Dundalk

    Great videos Sharon!
    Thanks so much!

For me, the cover of “Everybody's Got To Learn Sometime” is a work of art. Sharon's bare feet would express her humility about the mysteries of life. Sharon looks like to be in a distant thought, as if looking for an answer. Sharon's legs would represent femininity. This photo of Sharon is more beautiful than the painting of Mona Lisa, right? And a modest clock to remind that our time is countdown. There are only 15 days to release!

    we love you

  • Rafa_Dundalk

I love the way Sharon plays violin in the end of Smaltown Boy!
    This acoustic versions are great!
    Thanks for posting Sharon!

I'll be gone for a while. I just love to say a few things.

… Well, all I would say is controversial, because I write with my heart, so it is better not.
But this example could be interesting. Several months ago I was shopping and simply came to my mind the names of three songs from the album: “Our Wedding Day”, “Real World”, “Butterflies”. Months later, there it is! For these and (many) others I'm sure that God governs your life. For me it is not surprising, because since I saw Sharon for the first time (around the year 2000), I realized instantly that she had a strong connection with God. Caroline seemed very powerful. I was madly in love with Andrea. And now Jim is a thinker above average.

If I said “God told me Everybody's Got To Learn Sometime it would be a remix.”
Anyone answer: “Shut up! God does not waste time with such things.” And normally I prefer to remain silent.

  • Charles

The song fits very well with Sharon's voice. Nice!

  • Raymond

Congratulations, Bruno_admirer. Very well expressed. I could not do any better. Just only please leave out Mona Lisa. Sharon is alive! Sharon is unique!
The photo is high style just like everything about her,
    Raymond

I absolutelly LOVE you're version of Smalltown Boy! I think it's the greatest cover of all! One of my favourites songs ever.
You're amazing, Shazz! Wish you the best luck on you're solo carreer!

  • Julie

Wow, what a wonderful sound! Here in the US we are used to “The Corrs” . I have always loved them and now this solo album is beautiful, too. (My family was originally from Ireland & it feels great to hear this music).
