Backstage at the Gran Via

Hey guys,

Here’s some video we took backstage at the concert in Madrid last weekend. It was a wonderful day and both Alex and I had brilliant fun on stage.

I also got the chance to debut a new song “Buenos Aires” from the upcoming album, leave a comment and let me know what you think, I hope you like it!

Ah the excitement of performing! I'm happy for you that it all went well! Dying to hear the studio version now. I've had snippets of that song in my head over the last few days. Very catching for some reason. I love these little videos :)

Hi Sharon! Thanks for the behind the scenes footage–it's fun to watch how these things come together. You look luminous–really, really pretty! I also loved your tank top (you have such good taste when it comes to clothes). I am excited with every new song for the album and “Buenos Aires” has a lovely melody, so it sounds very promising.

Sharon, you are lovely as usual. Your performance here was great and I love all the video footage you provide for us to give us a glimpse of what really goes on behind the scenes. I'm glad you've steered clear of the buns yourself. You might lose your girlish figure. ;0) Can't wait for the album. Every little tidbit lets me know we're in for a fantastic finished product. God Bless!

Did anyone notice Bob is the same Bob from The Corrs A Day in the Life when The Corrs were downunder doing promo for In Blue and they played a prank on him. I love the fact that beside John, Keith, Anto, and Jason, they keep it all in the family and work with the same people.

Thanks for the great update. I can't wait for the new album and hopefully hearing from The Corrs. Miss you guys as a group.

I noticed that too, but I got afraid I might have got him confused with someone else so I didn't post anything about it. Now that you posted, I know that my initial recollection was correct.

I think it's great too and wise to use people that they know and trust. This has to be a tremendous undertaking putting out a debut solo album, so I imagine it would be comforting surrounding yourself with people you can trust.

Hey Sharon!!! I am just one of the huge number of fans that you have around the world.. I really liked your new work.. But i was just watching one of the documentary of THE CORRS and I was like watching it again and again and again… Please Please Please..I want all of you back performing together agin and give us the pleasure as well as the honor of listening to the music that THE CORRS, as a band, made. The feeling of watching the four of you, as a family as well as professional musicians, both at the same time, is what makes and will always make the band different from all the other bands. Please come out with something that re-establishes the fact that CORRS were, are and will always be the BEST band.. Thank you for the wonderful music :D
    GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU

I have learned not to comment or make judgements on songs until I hear a final / good recording because I'm usally wrong..
My first thought months ago was “Whatever” Then yesterday I came across a good copy,
What a difference, two thumbs up,

Today I came across Everybody's Got to Learn Sometime, The deeper voice was a big surprise to me I just loved it, and the backup Missy was the best you have had so far.

Don't tell Andrea but her album which had 3or4 songs I liked could have been better with more effort. Did you get that feeling also, and thought I'm not making that mistake?
Because I'm starting to notice that you seem more involved, in charge, concerned of your outcome, whereas A. relied on outsiders to fill in for what use to come from her siblings.

I just wonder if you all realize that your slight differences is what polishes your music to a final outcome. Outsiders don't have that same feeling , same goals, they don't put their name on the line.
This is why I think solo artist fail so often.

Just saw a video where Andrea said she likes cooking. Has she put a bun in the oven yet?

Met Fergie couple days ago didn't have a clue who I was meeting until latter. My nephews girlfriend promotes / sell her line of shoes. From what I can tell much better shoe designer then singer.

also if you could pass this on to ANDREA , , as one of the trouble makers was sent down yesterday and several more to follow in North Devon i'd just like to say from what i've seen some very average and talentless jealous girls/women
treated you very badly and i know the vast majority of british people think you were treated badly also by the thickos of Bideford and Torrington and this year is the year when law abiding people all over the UK will make their feelings known to these bullies as they also now feel brave enough.
they wont get away with it !and you will always be the most talented and in not mad or even close to mad, just made mad by the bullies who have now been kicked out of Downing ST and everywhere else they held a position of authority and were allowing crime to go unpunished in the UK.
    LOVE AS ALWAYS.
