This Friday, 23rd March, Sharon will be playing an intimate gig in Dublin’s Pepper Canister. The gig promises to be a memorable night with Brian Kennedy and Cormac Debarra joining as special guests on the night and Don Mescall, who was Sharon’s assistant mentor on The Voice, opening the show.

Sharon and Kian Wrap-Up Last Week’s Live Show 2

“I don’t agree with the choices, I have to say…”, was the big statement from Sharon as she and Kian wrapped-up last week’s results in RTE’s “The Voice of Ireland”. The voice of Ireland was heard, and it sent two contests to the stage exit doors. Fauve Chapman’s rendition of Lana del Rey’s “Video Games” had mixed reviews but Bressie and Kian both loved it, but not enough to win the hearts of Ireland. Kyle Kennedy’s performance of a Stevie Wonder hit “Superstition” was a hit as well with the judges, but it gave him a ticket to fly back to Kansas, USA.
Do you share Sharon’s sentiments? Did Ireland really get it wrong? What do you think the majority saw and heard in Fauve and Kyle that failed to earn the audience’s vote?
