Sharon Talks About Songwriting

Sharon was recently asked (on Twitter!) to sponsor the Young Songwriters Competition being run by Charity Goods in the UK.
While she was in Spain filming the video for her upcoming single “Everybody’s Got To Learn Sometime” she called into the Gran Melia Don Pepe hotel in Marbella to borrow their piano and film this quick video message to all the young songwriters. (more…)

As I’m sure many of you have already heard, Sharon is playing a gig with Smooth FM next Tuesday night, August 17th at the Cafe de Paris in London.

When Dreams Are Real

For the last few days I’ve been shooting the video for Everybody’s Got To Learn Sometime. It has been one of the most magical experiences of my life!
Earlier in the year while in Madrid for the 100 Anos De Gran Via – I spoke with the record company of my love of Andalucia and in particular the Alhambra and how I would love the chance to perform there someday.
Well, my dream came true this week when I was allowed to shoot my video in the magical Moorish palace. I could feel it’s incredible history flow through me as I walked and performed.
We also shot on the beach below the Balcon de Europa in Nerja, a cliff top in Maro and the beautiful cobbled town of Frigiliana
A truly unforgettable experience!
Thanks to Guillermo – Warner Spain, to all at The Alhambra and to my director Pedro Castro and the crew.
Can’t wait for you all to see it!
