Debut Single Released in Ireland & The UK

The day we’ve all been waiting for is finally here! Sharon’s debut single, ‘It’s Not a Dream‘ was released on iTunes in Ireland and The UK.
The song broke into the top 100 hundred within hours and is flying up the charts, entering into the top 50 by this evening. To get your copy click here to visit iTunes.

I had great fun recording with Alex Ubago (as you can see!) The shots are of him and I in the studio and then some stills taken from the video we shot.

Release Week

Hi Guys,
Exciting times! I’m off to North of England tomorrow to do radio promotion. Thursday I’ll be in N. Ireland doing all the commercial stations and BBC. The single is released and available for download in Ireland on the 28th of August and in the UK on the 31st.
So fingers crossed we get a good chart position and more good airplay. Please feel free to ring up and request “Its Not A Dream” from your local stations… all help greatly appreciated!
So far it’s been amazing to be A-listed on BBC Radio 2 UK, 3 weeks in a row! Thanks to you all for your incredible support!
Recorded some lovely new stuff last week and I am really happy with the direction of the album so far. I’m due to release at the end of October but I’ll keep you posted on the exact date.

“Sharon Corr’s ‘It’s Not A Dream’ has hit the UK Airplay Top 50. The fastest climber in the UK this week, by some distance, the record moved from No.315 last week to No.41 – with a further surge likely next week.“

BBC 2 A-List

Sharon’s debut single It’s not a dream has made it’s radio debut on the BBC Radio 2 A-List. This is incredibly exciting news, and we think Sharon captured all our sentiments best when she tweeted the following:
“Omigod! Ive been A listed on Radio 2 Uk! Wow. V excited! Xx”
